tafamidis라고 불리는 신약에 관하여 새로운 연구를 발표하였습니다.

미국 식품 의약청 (FDA)에 의해 유럽에서 현재 검토 하에 사용하도록 승인된 Tafamidis은 amyloid질환, 알츠하이머를 취급하는 주요 규제 기관이 인증한 최초의 약물입니다.

transthyretin (TTR) amyloid의 소(小)섬유 형성물 또는 축적된 비정상적인 TTR 단백질 집단에 의해 Tafamidis 치료들은 치명적인 신경질병으로 야기시킬 수 있지만 이 약물은 TTR을 억제하며, 임상실험에서 병증 환자에서 신경 파괴의 전형적인 진행을

지연시킬 수있다는 임상결과 나타났습니다.
